We have lived here for 14 months.
We like the open floor plan and the outdoor living space. The open floor plan enables us to enjoy the entire home and make it seem larger than it really is. We also enjoy our covered and open patio. We have a gas fireplace and a large screen TV under the covered part and plenty of room to enjoy the sun and stars on the open part.
We did not build. We were able to purchase an existing unit that totally fit our wants and needs.
We love the simplicity of living in a maintenance-free home. We thought downsizing would be difficult, be we actually found it to be liberating and simplistic.
Come and sit in the model in the afternoon. Appreciate the amenities and the open floor plan. Then sit on the covered patio where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Know that you don’t have to cut the grass or mulch the flowerbeds. Take a walk around and see that you are in a small community of very friendly neighbors.
