Tim Haid is a valued partner with Grand Traditions Homes, the next generation of Jimenez-Haid Custom Builders. His focus in the company is managing construction operations, with an emphasis on construction oversight in the Walker Villas community. Tim has extensive development and residential construction experience, which makes him an integral partner and a favorite of our clients and homeowners.
I’m married and have two wonderful children, ages 10 and 12. I started in construction at age 14 by pushing brooms and helping out at job sites. I did rough carpentry in the summers during high school. Eventually I worked in construction management in Denver, Colorado before moving back and connecting with Brian Jimenez to start a condominium building company.
When I’m not working, you can find me either fishing, hunting, boating, or more than likely, attending my kids’ sporting events.
It’s most gratifying when a customer takes the time to go out of their way to let me know that they love their home and community.
I love being able to see the results of my work and keeping our clients happy. I enjoy solving problems and educating our clients about what happens during the building process.
