I am the Construction Supervisor.
My specialty is drywall repairs and painting/touch up work as I have spent so many years honing these skills. What I most enjoy though is carpentry work; both framing and interior trim details.
I am responsible for scheduling and overseeing the day-to-day on-site construction activities of the custom homes. This includes scheduling the multitude of vendor deliveries and trades contractors and overseeing compliance. I am also responsible for the warranty service program, which means I get to work with the clients through the construction of the custom home and beyond.
I like the variety of projects I'm involved in. No two days or homes are alike. Something is always happening; usually progress, but occasionally not. I’m constantly learning from these experiences. I enjoy working with the trades and homeowners. I love that I get to work with people, new technology, new products and materials and watch the progression of a home from start to finish; from the day the shovel hits the ground to walking through the finished product.
I began working with Jimenez-Haid about 14 years ago. Prior to being on the payroll, I worked with a custom home painting crew that contracted withJimenez-Haid.
In one capacity or another I have been in the industry for 40 years. I’ve been a remodeler, a realtor with HER, flipped houses, painted home exteriors and interiors and have been just a general Jack of all trades kind of guy.
