When looking for a home site, that site might be owned by a builder. Such was the case for the Mangapuram family who had been searching for the perfect lot in the Tartan Fields community of Dublin, OH. When they finally found their perfect lot, one that overlooks the 12th green in The Reserve at Tartan Fields, they learned that it was owned by Jimenez-Haid Custom Builders.
Sankar and Jyothsna Mangapuram weren’t sure about buying a lot that had a builder commitment attached, but Sankar did his due diligence. “I did the market research on him (Brian Jimenez)”, says Sankar. “I called all of his former customers. They were all very happy. No one reported a bad experience. The Jimenez-Haid brand is strong.” After several discussions and listening to the client’s very detailed ideas about their new home, we were honored that the Mangapurams purchased our lot and began the process of building their dream home.
One of the first steps was to introduce the Mangapurams to Jim Wright of Residential Designed Solutions. At our meeting it was evident that Sankar and Jyothsna already had their big picture figured out and came prepared with numerous photos and design ideas for their new custom home. We were excited that our clients had a true vision of what they wanted and could articulate those thoughts through words and visuals.
An open floor plan was a must, as Sankar and Jyothsna enjoy frequently entertaining many guests. Completed, this home includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms, allowing this family space for everyone.
