Sheila Walling

A little bit about you:

I have been a Realtor with Sibcy Cline for 16 years, but previously I built and owned investment properties. I live in Mason, OH and have 3 grown children. I really love to travel and do so whenever I get a chance!

What is your funniest Realtor moment?

My funniest moment was when I was showing a house and when I opened the door, a cat was sitting on the top of a chair by the door staring at us and jumped at us to get out the door. I think we were all surprised!

What is your favorite part about being a Realtor?

My favorite part of being a Realtor is the ability to help clients through all of the home buying phases to find them find the home of their dreams.

What tip would you give to someone searching for a condo in Liberty Grand?

My tip for someone searching for a luxury condominium would be to visit us at Liberty Grand and take a tour of our models. We can accommodate your time frame for your move into your new home!

What do you find most surprising about the luxury condominiums in Liberty Grand?

The most surprising thing about Liberty Grand is the sense of community among the homeowners. There are many activities during the month and a homeowner can participate in cookouts, game day, ladies luncheons, holiday events, and many more. There is always something to do here in Liberty Grand!

A little bit about you:

My dad built every home I lived in while growing up and moving into these homes gave me a love for real estate and new homes. When I married, I didn’t want my son, Michael, and my daughter, Michelle, to grow up in daycare. Real estate was a good way to create my own schedule. I live in Mason, OH and have four beautiful granddaughters. My son and his wife live in Florida, with my granddaughters, Sophie and Kendall. My daughter and her husband live a mile away from me with my grandchildren, Harper and Emery.

When I’m not working I am visiting the grandbabies, spending time with my best friend-my mom, and enjoying time at my condominium in North Carolina.

What is your funniest Realtor moment?

One of the funniest moments I had in real estate was when I listed a home for a friend who had to move out of town. The home needed to be painted so to save her money I stripped the wallpaper and painted the rooms for her. I advertised the home as freshly painted and had the Realtor tour the following week. One of the agents in my office said, "I hope she didn't pay to have this place painted."  I think I'll stay with selling real estate.

What is your favorite part about being a Realtor?

My favorite part about being a Realtor is helping people change their world.

What tip would you give to someone searching for a condo in Liberty Grand?

If I could give one tip for someone searching for a luxury condominium that offers one-floor living, no maintenance, and many activities to participate in, it would be to make the move when you can, not when you have too.

What do you find most surprising about the luxury condominiums in Liberty Grand?

In my career, I have sold over 300 new construction condominiums. I remember the very first time I visited Liberty Grand and being so impressed with the quality of construction along with so many included features Liberty Grand offered. Now, a little over a year later, I have been even more impressed with the sense of community and the care of the owners and construction superintendent we get to work with. They truly put the buyers first and accommodate their every wish.

A Little Bit About You:

I’ve been a Realtor for 8 years. I’m married, live in West Chester, OH, and have 2 children, 3 stepchildren, and 3 grandchildren. I love to run and travel. Sometimes the two combine and I’m lucky to run in a marathon or half-marathon in a city where I’ve never been!

What is your funniest Realtor moment?

I used to wear high heels frequently. One time I was coming down the stairs in a home I was showing and I lost my footing mid-way down the steps. Fortunately, I had a good grip on the railing so I slid all the way ungracefully instead of actually falling. Luckily, the client was behind me on the stairs. I stopped wearing high heels after that embarrassing, but now, funny moment!

What is your favorite part about being a Realtor?

Aside from finding people a home that fits their needs, wants, and personalities, I LOVE looking at homes all over the city. It is so much fun!

What tip would you give to someone searching for a condo in Liberty Grand?

There is no better time than the present to invest in your future. A future that eliminates the burden of caring for a home and a yard that is too big after your kids have grown and moved out. Living in a condo at Liberty Grand gives you that piece of mind.

What do you find most surprising about the luxury condominiums in Liberty Grand?

The community atmosphere that has been created by the homeowners is incredible. It’s more than just living in a home; it’s a community and a lifestyle the buying gets when they buy here.
